The complex offers a total of 9 apartments. Facilities include a maid service, linen, ozone-treated, filtered and tested water, extracted from a depth of 80 metres underground (checked to apply with provincial standards and quality control), an ice cream shop and a garden area with children's playground equipment. There is also a kids' club for younger guests. Guests have access to private bathing areas on the lower reaches of the Rio de Nono River. Also available for use are grills and ovens, a swimming pool with 4 levels, with special access for disabled persons, a sauna and steam room and a hot tub for up to 10 persons. Currency exchange facilities are available in the lobby. Internet access is offered, as are room service and a laundry service. There is a car park for guests arriving by car, and a bicycle hire service is also on offer.
The complex offers cottages, of which 2 are designed and equipped for disabled guests. The cottages feature satellite TV (DirecTV), air conditioning (optional) and gas heaters (individually regulated) in each cabin. The private bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. The cabins also include double beds, a kitchen with fridge and microwave and an ironing set. Internet access is available, and a balcony or terrace also features as standard.
The property has an outdoor swimming pool with children's swimming area and poolside snack bar. There are sun loungers and parasols laid out for use on the sun terrace. A hot tub is available, and massage treatments are offered (for a fee). Table tennis and biking facilities are available. The hotel can put guests in touch with guides for horseback riding, mountain biking, fishing, condor watching, daily walks and four-wheel-drive excursions, quad biking, hiking and other excursions. Golfers will find the nearest course some 3 km away in Nono. There are also parasols available for hire on the nearby beach.
